Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP) will be hosting the 33rd World Design Assembly will be held in Tokyo (Japan) from 27-29 October 2023. Under the theme of Design Beyond, the three-day event, will include a Research and Education Forum, an international Design Conference, as well as explore the evolution of design and its intersection with humanity, technology and the environment.

Under the banner of ‘Design for Adaptive City’, designers from around the world are invited to submit their works in line with the competition categories of industrial design, visual communication design and public space design.
